MEXICAN PLUMA ALTURA TRES OROS

From the Southern Province of Oaxaca, this light coffee is sweet with medium acidity and a pleasant, dry snap finish.

  • ORIGIN: Pochulta in the Pluma region of Oaxaca. Pacific-facing slopes of the Sierra Madre.
  • VARIETAL: "Pluma" variety, Typica and Bourbon.
  • ALTITUDE: 1200 - 1500 m.
  • PROCESS: Full wet processing and sun-dried.
